This site began as a static HTML site that was not responsive. The site owner had some graphic design experience, so did not want a complete redesign, but wanted the site converted to an easy-to-use CMS so that they could maintain content themselves.

The site was converted to Processwire CMS, and the existing design was adapted and enhanced to provide a mobile friendly site.
